Wine & Dine at the wine cellar

Our Wine & Dine begins with an aperitif, which in case of good weather is held in the garden in front of the wine cellar, around the "Feuerring", the ring of fire that symbolises the link with the volcanic soil from which our wines are born.

Before sitting down to eat, those who wish it can take part in a short guided tour of the wine-making cellar and the barrique cellar. Dinner takes place in the indoor hall overlooking the barrique cellar on one side, while on the other side you can enjoy the view of the vineyard.

In fine weather, the Wine & Dine takes place in the garden next to the vineyards, under the stars.

For the five-course menu, which changes from time to time, our Chef uses only seasonal, local or home-grown raw materials: vegetables, herbs and flowers from our organic gardens, honey and olive oil from the Castle. Pastas, breads and preserves are also prepared in-house.

A fantastic experience in a unique setting, to savour a cuisine that comes from the same soil as our wines.

The start is at 7:00 pm. It is anyway possible (with prior notice) to arrive earlier, around 6:00 pm, for an independent panoramic walk through the vineyard. Thanks to our information map, you will discover, along the way, the history of our winery as well as the cycle of work in the vineyard.
