gARTen - festival di teatro nel parco

The Claudia Lombardi Foundation for Theater presents gARTen - festival of theater in the park. 

For four evenings, the garden will be open to all who wish to immerse themselves in a lively summer atmosphere of art, music and sociability. The event, focused on theater and related languages, will include prose, dance, physical theater, storytelling and poetry, seeing the involvement of emerging and established artists. 

Each show, each performance, each dialogue proposed will seek to tell the story of the yearnings, passions, fears and hopes of the man and woman of our time, often silenced or forgotten. The festival thus aims to become an opportunity to open subjectivities on the contemporary, in an attempt to try to tell it, now with irony and lightness, now with depth.

A food village will be set up in the park from 6 p.m., hosting food trucks from our area. Every evening a DJ set will fill the atmosphere with music, and Radio Morcote International, through interviews with the protagonists of the festival, will tell gARTen on air and through podcasts. 

The festival is completely free of charge. 

In case of bad weather all events are confirmed and will take place in the Foundation's internal halls. 

Possibility to park your car a few meters from the Foundation. 

For those under 25 and those arriving by bicycle or public transportation, a free drink!
