Yoga in harmony (Handpan & Picnic)

Lesson (suitable for everyone) of 1 hour and 30 min with Laura, Laurayoga and Italo, Music Cave School

During the session, celestial notes of the handpan, they will accompany you in the journey of yoga practice.

Followed by a delicious vegetarian pic-nic basket (Azienda Bianchi Bio Arogno).
