Withsun with OSI

The third, new OSI season follows in the footsteps of the Presenza festival (2022 – 2024) and aims to consolidate a series of concert dates on the Whitsun weekend for residents and tourists alike. With the first edition, the OSI will bid farewell to Markus Poschner after ten years as Principal Conductor of the Orchestra. On the programme are jam sessions and two big concerts at the LAC from 6 to 8 June 2025, with the great violinist Julia Fischer and a spectacular performance of Carmina Burana involving all the amateur choirs of Italian-speaking Switzerland.
