On Sunday, October 20th, Olivone will host a traditional transhumance, where cows decorated with bells and flowers will pass through the village. The procession will start at 10:45 a.m. from the "Lazzaret" area and finish behind the kindergarten.
From 10:00 a.m., there will be a refreshment stand and various stalls offering local products from the valley in Piazza d'Armi. Around 12:00 p.m., lunch will be served with polenta, mortadella, and cheese.
The event will continue throughout the day, offering a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in local culture and traditions.
