The Path of the Soul

Overview

The Path of the Soul is a three-day series in the Centovalli, with each day available as a standalone experience. The programme combines yoga, meditation, a nature walk, meditation by the river, Vedic teachings and kirtan.

Content

Set between Bordei and Terra Vecchia, the event offers a path that brings together body, mind and inner awareness. The natural setting at around 800 metres above sea level provides a calm environment for slowing down, breathing and attentive listening.

Participants are accompanied by Susana Tavares and Svami Shri Madhav Gosai. The first day focuses on “Knowledge of Dharma and the eternal nature of the Self”.
