The Jewel within Me. Connect with Myself Essence and learn to express it with Empathic Communication (NVC) according to Marshall Rosenberg. Teachers Oliva della Croce and Nadia Livio.

Aimed at people who want to live a special moment in which to stop, listen and find their self.

What to bring:

• Picnic blanket to put on the ground, comfortable clothes
• For Yoga: Yoga mat, pillow, blanket for each participant
• Snack: For those who want to bring a fruit/ cake made by you to share it with other participants
