Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky: Symphony No. 4, Variations on a Rococo Theme, Andante cantabile and Nocturne

Orchestra Le Nove conducted by M. Yuram Ruiz

The sound of the orchestra takes us on a journey through the many facets of Tchaikovsky’s music. The overwhelming energy of the Symphony No. 4, the
elegance and virtuosity of the Variations on a Rococo Theme, the gentle intimacy of the Andante cantabile, and the evocative atmosphere of the Nocturne come together in a programme rich in contrasts, emotions and colours.

Orchestra Le Nove was founded by and is composed of young musicians active in Ticino.

In 2026 and 2027, the orchestra presents a programme centred around Tchaikovsky. Our concerts are characterised by musical quality and energy.

Yuram Ruiz stands out for the depth and passion with which he interprets music. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience conducting youth and
professional orchestras around the world.
