Sunset yoga with music at the Arzo quarries

Experience the practice of yoga accompanied by the sweet notes of musicians in the magical setting of the Cave di Arzo, part of the Monte San Giorgio UNESCO heritage site.

Nothing is more precious than this moment: the practice of yoga teaches us to stay in the present moment through the movement of the body and the rhythm of the breath. The lesson is a gentle flow from one pose to another, an opportunity to consciously inhabit your body and put your thoughts to one side – to feel yourself here, now, in the magical and vibrant location of the Cave di Arzo. 

The yoga practice will be surrounded by the gentle notes of Aurora Scarpolini's harp.

The practice is suitable for all levels, both for those approaching this discipline for the first time and for those who practice it regularly and would like to do yoga outdoors.

The session is followed by a light complimentary aperitif.
