S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino 2025 – Brazil

In autumn, a colourful edition will light up Ticino for a great Brazilian adventure.

Brazil is a boundless territory characterised by diverse ethnic influences and climates, with a wide choice of ingredients. The result is one of the most interesting cuisines in the world, a mosaic of flavours and cooking methods halfway between tradition and innovation. Starting in mid-September, this gastronomic culture will take centre stage with dinners that will take place, as always, in some of the most beautiful and significant locations in Ticino, including restaurants and hotels in the most picturesque corners of the region, hosted by Ticino chefs: from Rio de Janeiro, two-Michelin-starred Rafa Costa e Silva and Michelin-starred Alberto Landgraf will arrive; from São Paulo, Ivan Ralston, with two Michelin stars and one green star, and Luiz Filipe Souza, with two Michelin stars, all ranked among the 100 best in the world according to “The World's 50 Best Restaurants” ranking; from Curitiba, Manu Buffara, Best Female Chef 2022 World's 50 Best Restaurant, a South American icon who will recount the bright colours of the Brazilian Atlantic Forest; and from Manaus, the heart of the Amazon, Felipe Schaedler, an absolute reference point for the flavours of the forest.
