Qualifying Tournament for the Swiss Youth Individual Chess Championship (U10–U18)

Every year, four youth tournaments are held to qualify for the Swiss finals. Each of these tournaments features the U10, U12, U14, U16, and U18 age groups. Between 250 and 350 children participate in each tournament.

The second tournament of the 2026-27 championship will take place at the Palazzo dei Congressi in Lugano from Friday 6 to Sunday 8 November 2026.
