Prove di volo – Festival Il Maggiolino

An angel has fallen from the sky. Was he perhaps too heavy? He feels lost and longs to return to where he came from. He tries to make himself lighter – but it doesn't work, he simply cannot fly anymore. He decides to explore the unknown place where he finds himself. And so, with delight, he discovers moments from the life of us earthly beings. Yet his greatest wish remains to take flight again. Have his wings lost a feather? Would adding a small one be enough – or would he need a larger one? A different one, perhaps? Perhaps? Perhaps?… Many hopes and attempts, but no success.
He will finally understand that only by accepting his earthly weight, by welcoming the new reality so unexpected and so different from himself, will he be able to rediscover pleasure, lightness and fragrance – and so, once again… fly.
