OML in LAMONE – Concert for Audience and Orchestra 26

As every summer, the OML presents its long-standing and popular “concerts for audience and orchestra”.
These are somewhat unusual concerts: alternating with instrumental pieces, well known songs will be performed, which the audience will be able to sing along as a choir, accompanied by the orchestra, using the lyrics that will be distributed on site. In this way, the audience itself will become the protagonist of the concert.

This year’s summer programme will once again be light, dynamic, catchy and engaging.
If last year we took a musical journey around the world, this year we are dedicating ourselves to Ticino by presenting works by local composers. Some of these talented musicians were active, at the beginning of the twentieth century, around the renowned Circle of Mandolin and Guitar Players of Lugano.

In case of bad weather, the concert will take place at the Parish Centre, Via Girella 41, 6914 Lamone.
