Lugano Wellness 2024

After the remarkable success of the first edition, Lugano Wellness returns for a second, even more extraordinary edition, featuring over 300 activities and more than 30 top-level presenters! From September 16th to 22nd, get ready to immerse yourself in a unique experience where fitness and wellness come together in an event that promises to engage all your senses.

For an entire week, with just one ticket, you can explore a world of new fitness and wellness experiences. With hundreds of activities to choose from and guidance from industry experts, you’ll have the opportunity to try the latest wellness trends, with unlimited access to spas, pools, and outdoor classes. This year, we are enhancing the offer with an exclusive workshop program focused on "Health & Wellness," covering topics such as nutrition, weight loss, aesthetic treatments for menopause, and targeted exercises to address common issues like back pain, hypertension, and aging.

This year, we have also paid special attention to children and seniors, offering activities specifically designed for them.

Among the many options, you can practice Pilates, Yoga, Hidrogym, Tai Chi, Swimming, Zumba, Aqua Gym, Aufguss, Turkish Bath, Nordic Walking, Mom/Baby Swimming, and many other disciplines, all adaptable to specific needs.

The event will take place at the Planet Wellness Village in Lugano, an exclusive location provided for the occasion. The week will culminate in a fantastic party on Saturday, September 21st, starting at 7:00 PM, featuring a DJ set, dancing, and an aperitif dinner that will delight the taste buds of all participants.
