Herb walk with Meret Bissegger

These one-day walks are aimed both at the curious who want to see what edible plants grow in the vicinity, and those who have already participated in herb courses and want to consolidate their knowledge of plants in different growth periods and habitats.

I gladly share my tricks and provide practical tips for harvesting and cooking. With the help of simple botanical knowledge, we will understand taste similarities.

The walk is easy, takes place at different altitudes and in different places in Ticino, depending on the season, mostly on good paths and dirt roads. Everyone brings their own picnic for the lunch break. When registering, please let us know if you have a car. The meeting place will be announced later.
