Graffiskate returns to Locarno after 30 years

A weekend of music, skateboarding, graffiti and stalls to celebrate the thirtieth edition together. The event is scheduled for Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 September 2024 at Largo Zorzi in Locarno.

This year, Graffiskate reaches its thirtieth edition. An annual event that back in 1994 for the first time presented itself in Piazza Grande in Locarno, bringing together the passion of young people for skateboarding, hip-hop music and graffiti. Between the evolutions on the skate, the works of the "writers" and freestyle concerts, the event in subsequent years moved to the Skatepark in Ascona for practical and organizational reasons. After thirty years, the event returns to the city thanks to the efforts of a new organizing committee composed of various entities operating in the area: Diario e/o Tazebau, Associazione Skatepark Ascona and Servizio di Prossimità del Locarnese.

The event will take place on Saturday 28 September at Largo Zorzi starting at 13:00 and will continue on Sunday 29 September. In case of bad weather, the event will be postponed to the following weekend.
