Festival 700 – Albrecht Mayer and the Venetian Baroque

For the first event of Festival700, Collegium Musicum Lugano presents the concert titled "The Venetian Baroque" featuring one of the greatest international soloists and the principal oboist of the Berliner Philharmoniker, Albrecht Mayer.

The program focuses on oboe concertos and the most important composers of the Venetian Baroque period with works by Vivaldi, Marcello, and Albinoni.

The ensemble of Collegium Musicum Lugano, along with our guest Luca Pianca on continuo, will accompany the concert throughout the evening.
