Festa in Valle 2025

La Festa In Valle is an open-air music festival that was born in the late 1990s, initially as an improvised gathering among friends, with a few beers and two guitars. Over the years, this simple yet special event grew: friends invited more friends, connecting amplifiers to a single power generator, until the following year, when a wooden stage hosted the first official band in front of an enthusiastic audience.

The Evolution of a Dream: FIV2011 is Born
In 2011, to improve organization and ensure quality, the FIV2011 Association was established. It consists of 7 members and is supported by numerous volunteers who make this unique event possible every year. Since then, La Festa In Valle has become a fixed appointment in July, running all day and late into the night.

A Unique Experience in Nature
Those who have attended La Festa In Valle can confirm it: it’s a friendly, fun event where music and authentic local products blend in a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. Here, you can dance or simply enjoy incredible performances by local and international bands, surrounded by the lush greenery of the Monte Carasso / Sementina valley.

A Festival Renowned in Ticino
Over the years, La Festa In Valle has established itself as one of the most beloved open-air events in Ticino. Numerous bands have performed on its stage, delivering alternative performances that stand out within the Ticino music scene. Although it started as a free event, some editions have required a small entrance fee of 10 CHF (for those over 16) to cover rising organizational costs and maintain a high-quality festival. Additionally, part of the proceeds is donated to charitable organizations in the region.
