The 'Most Beautiful Swiss Books' competition, which has been held annually by the Federal Office of Culture (FOC) since 1943, rewards outstanding achievements in book design and production, rewarding in particular those works that best express contemporary trends. The 20 winning books, selected from 400 submitted in 2022, demonstrate extraordinary audacity and high standards, as noted by the jury. An exhibition to browse and read!
The jury of 'Switzerland's Most Beautiful Books' is chaired by Sereina Rothenberger (graphic designer) and consists of Gina Bucher (author, publisher), Gregor Huber (graphic designer, publisher), Silas Munro (graphic designer, author) and Kajsa Ståhl (graphic designer, publisher).
In collaboration with the Federal Office of Culture (FOC), Bern and SUPSI - Department of Environment, Construction and Design, Mendrisio Campus.
