• 7:00 p.m.: Departure from Capolago

• Starter: Beef carpaccio, currants, and fried onion ring on a bed of salad
• First Course: Risotto all’assassina with roasted tomato coulis, creamed with Buscion and pepper
• Main Course: Sous-vide pork belly, vegetable bouquet, and roasted potatoes
• Dessert: Warm cake with a soft center, vanilla ice cream
