1 to 3 June 2023 sees the return of the Capriasca Outdoor Festival, the Ticino event entirely dedicated to lovers of outdoor sports, adventure and exploration: moments of sharing with extraordinary people and open-air cinema in the splendid setting of the Tesserete Gardens.
Thursday 1 June, 8:30 p.m.
Mario Casella will present Niccolò Aiazzi, photographer, filmmaker and passionate mountaineer. Followed by the screening of his film "NGIJUNG"" in association with Cuore Attivo, Moncler, ACTA, Nepal 2018
Friday 2 June, 8.30 p.m.
The special guest will be Cédric Lachat, well-known Swiss climber. The meeting will be moderated by Ellade Ossola, a sports journalist for almost thirty years, the beloved face (and voice) of RSI.
This will be followed by the award ceremony for the COF photography competition and the screening of "On a marché sous la Terre", a film that retraces Cédric Lachat and David Parrot's attempt to unite the Fromagère abyss with the mythical Berger abyss.
Saturday 3 June, 8:30 p.m.
Preview presentation of the twelfth season of "Sottosopra". The guest of the third appointment, presented by the well-known Ticino mountaineer and documentary filmmaker Fulvio Mariani, will be Matteo Ceresa, a local runner who in August 2022 ran along the borders of Canton Ticino.
