Breathwalking Walk and breathe consciously using Kundalini Yoga with the teacher Nadia Livio.
The Breathwalking sit the combinations specific breathing patterns synchronized with walking and enhanced with the art of meditation.
What to bring:
- Picnic blanket to put on the floor, comfortable clothes
- For Yoga: Yoga mat, pillow, blanket for each participant
- Meeting behind the San Grato restaurant parking at 9:00 am.
- In case of bad weather the lesson will be cancelled.
- A donation to the Association is required for the proposed activity.
