• 09:30 Meeting at our Enoteca Alimentare in Ascona
• 09:45 Introduction to the grape harvest by our oenologist Ettore Biraghi and oenology and agriculture director Fabio Del Pietro
• 10:00 Harvesting in our vineyards in Ascona (approx. 2 hours)
• 12:00 Explanation of the stages of wine production
• 12:30 Lunch with risotto of our own production and wines from our cellar

Afterwards opportunity to taste the wines and shop at our Enoteca Alimentare. The event is in collaboration with SwissWine.
