Musical Brunch – musical delights from the spanish renaissance

CaronAntica is dedicating its 2024 summer festival to Spain's Golden Age between the 16th and 17th centuries. The special sounds of cornetts, dulcians, viola da gamba, percussion instruments, wooden organs, harps and vihuelas will narrate some of the most beautiful and important pages of music history that have come down to us from the Iberian Peninsula. Guests of honour will be the ensemble Concerto Scirocco, which was awarded the title of best cultural project by SRF Kulturplatz 2020.

In the magnificent, bucolic setting of the garden of the Hotel Villa Carona, the ensemble Concerto Scirocco continues its exploration of the Spanish Renaissance repertoire in a musical matinee between culinary and musical delights
