Farming day and Leventina cheese exhibition

Opportunity to taste and buy the best of the Leventine Alps' cheese production. Once again this year, the cheese exhibition will be flanked by the event called "Leventina Farming Day", with cattle arriving on site during the morning via a short transhumance accompanied by the vintage tractors and Trychlerverein Bürglen. Various animals will be on display, including cows, goats, horses, donkeys, sheep, hens and rabbits.

 

Programme

09.00 - 16.00

Exhibition of cows, goats, horses, donkeys, rabbits, hens and sheep. Tasting and sale of cheeses from the Leventine Alps.

10.00

Transhumance accompanied by the vintage tractors

12.00 - 14.00

Lunch at the hut

During the day horse rides for children and AgriStaffetta.

Musical entertainment with La Bandella del Ritom and Gruppo Note Contadine.
