Building of the 1730, built on a pre-existing chapel, has inside numerous frescoes on the life of St. Anthony.
They are the work of the local painter Carlo Biucchi, whose signature appears on the collar of the mule depicted in the scene of the homonymous miracle. In the ovals of the nave, paintings with miracles of St. Anthony performed in 1770 by Pietro Silva of Morbio Inferiore.
