Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1,3 kg of lamb chops
- 1 dl of white wine
- fresh thyme
- 600 gr of small potatoes
- salt and pepper
Put the chops, the wine and the thyme in a baking dish and macerate for one day in a fresh place. The next day heat the soapstone on the fire for about 15 minutes.
Lay the chops on top, roast them and add salt and pepper. In the meantime, cook the potatoes wrapped in aluminium paper in the fire. Serve everything warm.
