L'hotel, a conduzione familiare, è situato al centro di Rodi-Fiesso, nel distretto di Leventina. Nelle vicinanze si trovano: la teleferica del Tremorgio, il Dazio Grande e la Gola del Piottino, il percorso vita, il campo da calcio e lo skatepark. Possibilità di noleggiare biciclette e giocare a tennis. D'inverno si possono praticare tutte le discipline sportive che si svolgono su neve e ghiaccio.

Il servizio al ristorante è curato e la cucina è casalinga. Proponiamo pasta fatta in casa e specialità di carne e pesce. Alla sera servizio della pizza. Su riservazione fondue chinoise, bourguignonne, al formaggio oppure raclette. D'estate, sempre su riservazione, carne alla griglia.
