“Officina del gusto” is a project started in 2007 by Agnese Z'graggen that combines culinary research, beauty and sustainability by connecting people, territory and ingredients. Through her catering services Agnese offers a modern journey into the footsteps of her childhood cuisine that the diners are invited to follow.
The spirit of the “Officina del gusto” is to collaborate with small local producers and traders to guarantee both the quality and high standards of the food and respect for the environment.
The catering services by “Officina del Gusto” are innovative and yet focused on nature and sustainability and they include private and public services focusing on the Art and Culture fields for European and Swiss Institutions.
