Selvatici Brewery

Welcome to Selvatici Brewery, where a passion for craft beer meets the beauty of nature. Founded in 2015, the brewery has recently expanded its production capacity with a new facility in Malvaglia, continuing to offer high-quality, genuine beers in Ticino and contributing to the promotion of the Blenio Valley.

Production follows a sustainable approach, supported by a solar system that reduces environmental impact. High-quality spring water is used, and recovery systems ensure a responsible use of water resources. In 2025, the new production line equipped with state-of-the-art machinery will be launched.

Thanks to the new fermenters and the bottling machine, the process is now fully isobaric, allowing precise control of key parameters such as temperature, pressure, and dissolved oxygen. The result is a more stable beer with an intact aromatic profile and a longer shelf life.

The brewery has also begun producing stainless steel kegs (KEG), a sustainable choice that eliminates single-use materials.
The new facility will also host the first tastings: a chance to discover the world of Selvatici Brewery up close.
