The residence is located 5 minutes by car or public transport from the center of Ascona and 5 minutes walk from the lake and the marina Porto Patriziale, where we have a motor boat Sea Ray SPX, also available to our guests on request. Finally, a nice 30-minute walk along Lake Maggiore will take you to the center of the village of Ascona and to Locarno.

The duplex consists of an open kitchen and a spacious living room, combining elegance and simplicity. The bay window of the room gives access to a warm terrace with a view of the typical Ticinese mountains and the beautiful floral landscape of the residence and the Hotel Giardino.

Please note that the Giardino Hotel is closed from the end of October until the beginning of April.
