The cuisine of Ristorante L'Olivo Food & Wine is inspired by the strong culinary tradition of the Canton of Ticino. The skilful hands of the kitchen "Brigade" will amaze the most demanding palates, always respecting the seasonality of the raw materials and their flavours perfectly matched to the house wines.
The wine cellar consists of over 200 labels, where the great Italian names go hand in hand with the great French maisons. Without forgetting the small but great winegrowers and winking at the excellent merlots from the Canton of Ticino.
