On the year 1834 Grotto Antico lays it’s first stone for later becoming a place to meet for everyone that desires some peace and tranquility.
Grotto Antico is located in Malcantone, just a couple of kilometers from Lugano and takes it’s name for the peculiar structure which is hollowed and built in stone, like the typical Ticino’s grottos.
Grotto Antico offers a creative cookery, elaborate dishes with seasonal products that chef Omar and chef Gabriele always know how to compose in artistic and original ways.
