Swiss Junior Swimming Championship

Exactly 10 years later, the city of Chiasso will once again host the Swiss Youth Swimming Championships.

From Thursday, 20 July to Sunday, 23 July 2023 in the splendid setting of the municipal swimming pool in Chiasso, the greatest talents of Swiss swimming will enter the water for the most important event of the season: The Swiss Youth Swimming Championships.

The club Nuoto Chiasso is organising the event to worthily celebrate its 60th anniversary, which will fall in 2023.

Facts and figures

• More than 600 athletes aged 11 to 16
• Around 60/70 teams from all over Switzerland
• Around 150 coaches and accompanying persons
• Around 800 spectators per day
• Around 50 jury members
• Around 60 staff members
• 74 individual competitions divided into categories + 6 relays
• 240 gold, silver and bronze medals are up for grabs
