The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Smoking and organizing events/parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Pets are not allowed.
Free parking space in the underground garage upon request.
On the ground floor, there is a restaurant-pizzeria, a hairdresser, and a flower shop. Shops (Migros/Aldi/Denner) are within walking distance (2-5 minutes). Nearby you will find the lido, the thermal baths, tennis courts, a Golf driving range and a minigolf course. The city center is a 10-minute walk away and Locarno train station is 15 minutes away.
