The apartment is modern, yet rustic, it is well insulated and has floor heating. It’s composed of a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, table and TV and a separate bedroom with a double bed. It’s well suited for families with small children and dogs. There are no staircases. The door leads out directly to the garden with its lawn for sunbathing or playing games (950 square meters). There is a washing machine in the boiler room. In case of need there are folding beds. It’s possible to pitch a tent. A grotto with a stone table and a fireplace belongs to this apartment.
