On Saint Joseph’s Day the main square of Solduno is filled with the delicious fragrance of Tortelli (a sort of round fritter). The famous Tortelli di San Giuseppe are carried out by volunteers by hand and the recipe is absolutely secret and jealously guarded.
Distribution of the Tortelli from 11.00h until 17.00h approx.
At 12.00h lunch with polenta and spezzatino, or gorgonzola or mortadella
Music with Paolo Tomamichel & Bandastralusc.
In case of bad weather the event – organized by FC Solduno – will be cancelled.
