A meeting dedicated to the rediscovery of one's own balance, from breathing to movement, from senses to flavours.
We will be immersed in the breathtaking landscape of Monte Generoso which will be the setting for this experience organized by Julijana and Elisa, the first yoga teacher, the second passionate about vegetable cooking.
According to ancient wisdom, personal balance is based on three pillars: movement, breathing and food. After having dedicated ourselves to movement and breathing, with a walk and a yoga session, during the preparation of food and its tasting we will stimulate both senses and tastes. We will see together the principles of Ayurvedic cooking, for which the six flavours must all be present on the plate to obtain a nutritious and complete meal.
