Take time for an in-depth yoga practice of one hour and 45 minutes on Sunday morning at Casa di Lù:
- Sunday, 20 October 2024 from 9.30am to 11.15am with Diana
- Sunday, 24th November 2024 from 9.30 a.m. to 11.15 a.m. with Vanessa
- Sunday, 29 December 2024 from 9.30 a.m. to 11.15 a.m. with Diana and Vanessa
After the practice you can stay for a chat and a cup of hot tea with some snacks.
