Chestnut Day

A day dedicated to the world of chestnuts.

Starting from Lamone train station and with a small bus you reach the Castagno-themed trail along the route from Arosio to Vezio. Subsequently, a food stop is scheduled directly in the chestnut woods with a local producer. On the way there will be the opportunity to collect chestnuts which the participants can take home to delight the whole family. The day continues at Vezio where the Chestnut Festival takes place. A traditional lunch based on local products will be served to the participants who will then have the opportunity to witness the loading of the Gra. In the afternoon the itinerary continues to Vezio.
