An experience combining creativity and conviviality: participants will have the opportunity to hand-build clay pieces during a ceramics workshop and conclude the evening by sharing a dinner featuring local products.
During the workshop, a candle holder will be created; if conditions allow, it will also be possible to make a small snack bowl. The pieces will later be glazed and fired by the ceramists and can be collected at the Bottega after approximately two weeks.
The program includes the ceramics workshop from 5:15 pm to 7:15 pm, open also to beginners with no prior experience, followed by a convivial dinner.
Dinner features a cheese fondue made with alpine cheeses from Caseificio Töira in Olivone, accompanied by homemade pickles and artisanal pestos, a garden salad from Muzzano, Sassello bread, water, and a drink of choice between Sauvignon Gris Siebernagl white wine or Monte Verità Matcha green tea (alternative options can be discussed on site).
