CANCELLED - Maratona del Montanaro

On 24 February, the 12th edition of the amateur seal skin and snowshoe competition in Carì will take place.

Programme

• 3 p.m. - registration on site and bib collection (Tana dell'Orso Carì)
• 5 p.m. - start of the race for all categories
• 8 pm - dinner (polenta and stew or polenta and cheese) and award ceremony at the Belvedere tavern (2000 m)
• 10 p.m. - downhill run to Carì village (with skis or chairlift depending on conditions and needs of the ski resort)

Race + dinner CHF 30.-

Categories

• Elite - sealskins or snowshoes - 4.8km, 630m D+
• Popular - sealskins or snowshoes - 3.2km, 300m D+
