Dreamlike, surreal, yet so intimate and human, Chiara Dubey's sound world is an elegant texture of reflections, soundscapes and her delicate voice.
Chiara is a singer, composer, violinist and producer who fuses modern classical elements with electro/art-pop. Chiara Dubey's debut album ‘Constellations’ (2020) and the subsequent record deal with Livana Music were the starting point of her career, after which, supported by established European media - WDR, BBC Radio 3, Radio Rai 3, to name a few - her music soon began to spread beyond national borders and connect with listeners all over the world. Recently, Chiara's music was also included in the Spanish film ‘Un Amor’, directed by Isabel Coixet (2023).
With her concert at the Teatro Sociale Bellinzona Chiara presents ‘CHANDANI’, her new album, to the public for the first time. ‘Chandani’, the artist's second name, moonlight in Hindi, is an intimate work, a celebration of self-love, of one's own light. A return to oneself. On the Teatro Sociale stage Chiara - voice, violin and synths - will present and celebrate her new work accompanied by her string quintet and framed by dreamy, dreamy lights and visuals.
