
Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 800 gr of zander filet
- 1 shallot
- 1 dl of white wine
- 2 dl of cooking cream
- 80 gr of butter
- 2 limes
- salt, pepper
Directions:
1. Butter the pan and scatter half of the chopped shallot on it, place the zander filet, salt and bake in the oven at 180°C for around 4-5 minutes.
2. Preparation of the sauce: reduce the white wine with the rest of the shallot, add the cream and cook fro two-three more minutes. Lastly add the butter and the juice of the limes.
