Ingredients for 6 people:
- 600 gr of porcini mushrooms
- 600 gr of different types of salad of the season
- 200 gr of croutons
- 2 spoons of nuts or olive oil
- 1 spoon of vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 2 slices of garlic
Clean the mushrooms and cut it in small layers. Put in a pan with some oil and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Drain in a colander, put back in the pan, add some butter, chopped garlic, salt and pepper, and keep warm.
Clean the salad, dry and put it aside. Prepare the dressing with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Roast the croutons with some butter. Put the salad in a bowl and add the dressing.
Arrange the salad in the centre of the plate, surrounded by the porcini mushrooms and sprinkle some croutons on top.
