One of the most important trade routes of the Romans centuries crossed the Greina plain from Ticino to Graubünden. After a nationwide protest has saved this untouched biotope, this section of the Alpine Passes Trail is one of the highlights in the hiking region of Switzerland Mobility. But this hike is already convincing, because the Rhine Gorge and the picturesque Val Lumnezia enchant hikers again and again.
