Together we will walk along the Olive tree’s path, we will have time to admire the landscape and the nature that surrounds us. After about 1.5 hours we will arrive at the picturesque village of Gandria where a boat will take us to a typical "grotto", reachable only by boat. One of the most beautiful corners of lake Ceresio with many stories to tell.
Upon arrival we will be ready to let our energies flow during 45 minutes of Olit: discipline based on the circularity of movements, torso, arms and legs. Harmonic movements that originate in Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates.
Afterwards, in this magical place we can enjoy an aperitif or for those who wish, a light fit lunch based on local products. Back to Lugano by boat.
