- 1/2 kg of salted codfish
- 1 onion
- pine nuts
Clean the codfish and cut it to regular pieces. Put some oil in a casserole and add chopped onion and garlic (one slice). Brown well, then add the peeled tomatoes in pieces, and let season for a moment.
In the end add the codfish, and let it cook, but not for too long.
Add some minced parsley, pine nuts and raisins, and serve.
