We grow Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc and Bondola grapes on approximately two hectares of land. Cultivation is entirely manual, which reflects our spirit as mountain winemakers: linked to the meticulous practices of the past, yet attentive to the winemaking techniques of the present.
Our wines have character; and this depends on the combination of several factors: the climate, the particular characteristics of the soil and, of course, our choices as winemakers.
Our mountain soils give the wines a mineral character. The vines grow in natural conditions and generally produce healthy, ripe grapes, suitable for the production of great wines.
All the grapes from our vineyards are harvested by hand, which allows us to make a first and meticulous selection directly on the vine shoots.
Once produced, our wine rests in the cellar for the time necessary to give it the right maturity and great quality.
