The idea of the "bottega del territorio" in Morcote was born out of the conviction that local products are the answer to the demand of locals and tourists for authenticity and km0, that in addition to delighting the most demanding palates with authentic aromas and flavours, one wants to support an agri-food chain of vital importance for the territory and the people who work daily with virtuosity and passion.

Morcote, with its globally recognised brand, wants to make its own contribution, and the "Bottega" with its space directly under the village's famous porticoes is inseparably linked with the Ristorante della Torre, where customers can enjoy dishes prepared with the same ingredients that can then be conveniently purchased in the bottega.

The project foresees a continuous search for small Ticino realities to be proposed to customers, and in the course of 2021 fresh products such as charcuterie and cheeses will be added to the already varied offer, to be purchased to take away or to be tasted directly on site with a drop of excellent Ticino wine or a craft beer.
